💪🏼 WELP, ANOTHER FIRST IN THE BOOKS! 💪🏼

Today I completed my very first 5x7 broom-finished concrete job, and I have to say, it turned out GREAT! 👷‍♂️🔥

Unfortunately, it got too dark before I could get pictures of the finished product, but I’m proud of how it turned out!

I’m especially thankful that my dad was there to help me and teach me a few things along the way. ❤️ There’s something special about getting to work alongside your father and learning things from him that you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life.

I’ve been working from daylight until 7:00, 8:00, and sometimes 9:30 at night! I’m exhausted, but I’m determined!

I’m STILL trying to dig myself out of the hole left by those jobs and customers who ripped me off last year. It’s been a long, stressful road, and there have been days I’ve wanted to throw my hands up and walk away from it all.

BUT THAT’S NOT WHO I AM! 💯

I have a family depending on me, a business I’ve worked too hard to build, and a God who hasn’t brought me this far just to leave me now! 🙏🏼

I may be behind, I may be tired, and I may be working myself to the bone, but I REFUSE TO QUIT!

Every completed job is another step forward. Every happy customer is another blessing. And every new skill I learn is another opportunity to grow Twin Lakes Construction LLC!

One job at a time. One day at a time. With God leading the way! 🙌🏼

Thank you to everyone who continues to support my business, believes in me, and gives me the opportunity to work for you!

🚨💪 WHO’S GOT SOME WILD GUESSES?! 💪🚨

What do y’all think we’re getting into today with 13 bags of concrete?! 👀😂

Let’s hear those wild guesses! I wanna see who can figure it out!

Got Dad coming out to give me a hand today, and we’ve got flooring going down at a local motel in Murray at the same time! 🔨🏠

We are ALL OVER THE PLACE today! Multiple jobs rolling, customers getting taken care of, and we’re knocking things off the list one job at a time!

There’s nothing better than staying busy, working hard, and seeing happy customers at the end of the day! 🙌

Twin Lakes Construction LLC is out here getting it DONE! 💪🔥

Now seriously… WHAT ARE WE DOING WITH 13 BAGS OF CONCRETE?! 🤔😂

Let’s get this day ROLLING! 🚀

🔥 OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW! 🔥

We are in Paducah, Kentucky, today, working on this beautiful horse farm, and let me tell you, these columns turned out AMAZING! 💪🔨

We removed four old columns and replaced them with brand-new 6x6 solid-core pressure-treated posts, complete with custom decorative trim around the tops and bottoms!

If I do say so myself, these things turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL! 😍🏡

🐴 AND THE BEST PART?!

While we were here, the homeowners hired us for ANOTHER project! We’ll be building SIX CUSTOM HORSE STALL DOORS for the beautiful horses on this farm!

I AM COMPLETELY JAZZED ABOUT THIS ONE! 🤩🐎 There’s nothing better than finishing a project and having a customer trust your craftsmanship enough to hire you for another one before you even leave!

Rocking this deck out! 🔨💪

We’re getting the flooring transitioned into the deck without a hard line, keeping that pattern running longer and smoother right into the catio! 🐈‍⬛

Dad got the back steps finished up, and we’re steadily getting these deck boards screwed down nice and evenly with no gaps. This project is really starting to come together!
