High-end shower. High-output system.
Wrong pipe = weak pressure.

This shower needed more than a ½” supply line to run all fixtures at once — so we upgraded to a ¾” line from downstairs and ran a new feed through the subfloor.

Now it flows the way luxury should.

This condo renovation began after a flood from the upstairs unit and months of frustration dealing with insurance and mediation. When the homeowners finally turned to DHI Builds, our goal was simple: remove the stress and deliver a home they could truly enjoy again.

We removed the drop-down ceiling, added clean LED lighting, installed sage green kitchen and vanity cabinets paired with Fairy White quartz countertops, ran Waikiki LVP flooring throughout, built a new fireplace mantel and surround, and finished it all with fresh paint.

The result? A completely renovated home that exceeded expectations.

Some projects are more than construction—some clients become like family. This was one of those, and I’m truly going to miss working with them. This one came out sweet.
