According to a survey of the Costa Rican population which is 4.301.712 in 2011 a total of 385.899 foreigners live in Costa Rica, a total of 9%. From this group of foreigners 4.1% comes from the United States. This is the section of the market that MBC SIP Construction is going to focus on. Those who are retirees foreigners/retirees coming from Western Europe and North America who expect a bigger, more comfortable and well-built residence where they can spend and enjoy the rest of their years left. Fulfilling that purpose is our goal. Our company will consider other individual or large projects which will have to first be approved by the directors’ board.
