Rustic cedar signs with real character are taking shape in a whole new way.

Just finished up the first two new designs, both cut from solid cedar with live-edge character, deep CNC carving, and a bold black inlay that really brings out the detail.

The “Welcome to Our Cabin” piece leans into that true up-north feel — trees, wildlife, and lake life all built into one design. The “Office” sign keeps things clean and simple, but still carries that rugged, hand-carved cedar character.

Same process on both — cut, carved, sanded, and finished by hand. We let the wood lead the way… knots, grain, and natural edges included, not hidden.

These are just the start of a new rustic line I’ve been working on. More designs coming soon.

Had the opportunity to work with a local woodworker to engrave a series of custom cribbage boards made from some incredible, unique wood species—each one bringing its own natural character, grain, and color to the project.

We worked with a mix of Black Walnut, Hard Maple, Cherry, and White Oak, along with more unique species like Padauk, Zebrawood, and Ipe—all of which really came to life through the engraving process.

A great collaboration all the way around.

The shop has been busy and we’ve been working on a lot of great projects lately.

This 36” custom sign just wrapped up for a repeat customer, Craft Creek Brewing Co. out of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

Natural wood finish, bold black lettering, and LED back lighting to give it a clean glow on the wall. Finished off with a French cleat on the back for a strong, level, and hidden mount.
