This is a rendering of Adamastor Manor with the updated color pallet.

The detached garage has served as the test bed for window work, trim, fascia, and materials.

The goal this year is to get the front porch roof redone. Columns will be temporarily replaced with braces while they are assessed for integrity and either restored or replaced.

Questions remain on the capitals. They are crazy expensive and I’ve yet to enter a working knowledge of plaster molding.

I was dangling out of the opening at 1am pointing the arch with my fingers. Don’t try this at home. I mean, I’m trying this on my home.

The windows are held in temporarily for fit. Trim is removed for stripping. I’ll strip the arch trim in place.

Boy. I love it already, though.
