Ladies and Gentlemen, please know that if you choose to pay for a policy/membership with a home warranty company, the contractor that comes to your home for an issue does not work directly for you. They work for that company. They are bound by whatever decisions are made by that company. The job can be denied. We, the contractors, have absolutely no say in what is covered. Please do not harass us due to decisions that are made by others.

Please be advised that Master Plumber Mike's schedule is fully booked right up until his upcoming surgery next week. He will be off until the doctor clears him to return.
We will be in the office as his recovery allows, and monitoring the phone from our home office until then, in order to offer advice or a referral. We will update the page as we know more.
