We have an opening for an irrigation helper to repair sprinklers and pipes at our customers homes. No new construction - this is repair and maintenance work.

Requirements:
• Must have experience repairing irrigation sprinklers and pipes.
• Must have a clean Florida Drivers License (no license = no job).

Remuneration:
• $15 per hour to start - while you assist our technicians and we train you on how we do things. More when you are able to do things corectly. More again when you are running one of our trucks.
• minimum 40 hours per week.
• 4 day week Monday - Thursday.
• opportunity to learn more and earn more - quickly.

We looking for an experienced Irrigation Dispatcher, who can schedule jobs for our Techs in the Parrish / Lakewood ranch area.

You must several years of experience scheduling Irrigation Technicians - or have been an Irrigation Technician.

You must be team player, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.

Required skills and experience:
* previous experience scheduling Irrigation Technicians / or have been an Irrigation Tech
* must know the community locations in the dispatch area (Parrish / Ellenton / Palmetto / Lakewood Ranch / East Bradenton)
* excellent customer service skills
* good phone skills
* basic computer skills
* accurate data entry (customer information) into the scheduling software (CRM - Service Fusion)
* create job tickets
* schedule Technicians
* provide phone support to technicians
* able to work independently and with others
* no health issues that would impact job performance

Preferred skills:
* clean drivers license
* able to create invoices from job tickets
* knowledge of the typical residential irrigation layout in each community (where shut-off valves are located etc)
* able to manage inventory & order parts
* able to perform other office tasks

Remuneration & Benefits:
* Hourly (negotiable on experience)

Job #10,107 today, at our first maintenance contract customer - who signed up with us back in November 2012.

Today was our 40th maintenance service call here (quarterly service), and although we have never raised his service call price - today was on us.

Apart from the very beginning, in the 10 years we have been maintaining this property, the lawn and gardens have always looked lush like this.

It is customers like this that have enabled us to build our business and “make it in America”. We appreciate them all.
