Rhino Demolition & Environmental Services is proud to be partnering with Blake Contracting on another exciting healthcare renovation right here in our local community!

Our team is performing select demolition across two floors of the McLeod Health Medical Building in Little River, SC. The scope includes the removal of ceilings, walls, and flooring to make way for three brand-new, state-of-the-art medical suites that will better serve our growing community.

🦏 Project Kickoff – Daisy Elementary School Renovation 🦏

As soon as the students headed off for summer break, Rhino went right to work at Daisy Elementary School!

Rhino Demolition & Environmental Services is proud to partner with FBi Construction on this exciting renovation project. Our crews are currently performing selective demolition throughout the facility, including interior restroom demolition, hallway flooring removal, slab cutting and concrete removal for new utilities, wall cutouts, window removal, and the complete demolition of the existing kitchen area.

School renovation projects require careful planning, tight schedules, and a strong focus on safety to ensure the building is ready for the next phase of construction. Our team is working diligently to keep the project moving forward and on schedule so improvements can be completed before students and staff return.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside FBi Construction and look forward to helping transform this facility for the next generation of students.

🚧 PROJECT START-UP | CHARLOTTE, NC 🚧

The Rhino crews are excited to kick off another great project as we begin work on this approximately 30,000 SF shopping center in Charlotte, NC!

Our scope includes the complete removal of interior finishes throughout the building, including ceilings, walls, flooring, and other interior components. In addition to the selective demolition, our team will also be performing asbestos abatement to prepare the structure for its next phase of renovation.

We’re proud to partner with Marand Builders on this project and are looking forward to a busy summer season filled with opportunities to help transform spaces across the Carolinas.

🚧 Another challenging project completed by the Rhino Demolition team! 🦏💪

Rhino successfully removed an 8,000 SF asbestos-containing roofing system in just 5 days.

Due to the deteriorated condition of the roof, traditional removal methods were not an option. Our crews developed a safe and efficient work plan, utilizing scissor lifts from inside the building to access and remove the roofing materials while maintaining strict asbestos safety protocols.
