From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. Jerry, the owner, personally came out to provide the quote and took the time to thoroughly walk me through the issues with my existing gutter system. He explained everything clearly and honestly, never making me feel pressured or oversold on services I didn’t need. The pricing for the new gutters and gutter guards was completely fair for the quality of work being done.
Even better, we were able to schedule the installation the very same day as the estimate. Jerry didn’t expect any payment upfront and made it clear that payment wasn’t due until the job was completed and I was 100% satisfied.
When installation day arrived, we had been dealing with torrential rain, but Jerry communicated quickly and proactively. He and his crew showed up exactly as promised the very next day. The crew was polite, professional, and personable, and they completed the work within just a few hours. They also left my yard spotless — just as clean as when they arrived.
To top it all off, Jerry personally walked the property with me at the end of the job to inspect everything and make sure I was fully satisfied with the work.
I’ll absolutely be hiring GPS again in the near future to add a couple of additional French drains. It’s hard to find companies that deliver this level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service anymore — GPS absolutely does!
