Check out our latest project in Seaside Village by the Beach. We turned minimal use attic storage into a liveable Bonus room above this customers garage.

Started with reinforcing the subfloor and adding insulation. Removed the pull down steps and built a custom staircase. Cut out and installed the window, new lighting, new flooring. Finished with new floor, sheetrock, paint, and trim. Door will be installed into attic area.
