We're putting the finishing touches on the Grande Dunes North Village Amenity Center, and we're excited to share a first glimpse of this exceptional project. Designed as a premier neighborhood destination, this high-end amenity center features a resort-style pool and beautifully appointed hospitality-inspired interiors that create a welcoming space for residents to gather, relax, and enjoy.
The pool is nearly ready for its first swimmers, the interiors have been fully furnished, and the building is just about ready to welcome the community. We're proud to have been part of bringing this vision to life and look forward to seeing it enjoyed for years to come.

This week we celebrated the Top Out of the future Compass by Margaritaville Beachfront Hotel—an exciting step forward as construction continues to bring this coastal destination to life.
This achievement wouldn't be possible without the dedication and craftsmanship of our incredible construction team, project partners, and everyone working behind the scenes.
We're excited to share these photos from the Top Out celebration and look forward to the next phase of construction.

Construction Progress Update 🚧

We’re making great strides on site and wanted to share the latest updates over at FPC Activites Center:

• EIFS and thin brick installation continues on the exterior, bringing the building’s look to life.
• Front curtainwall framing is underway, with glass installation now beginning.
• Sheetrock has been hung and finished in the gym.
• Sheetrock installation is complete in the classroom area and is currently being finished.
• Painting work is set to begin, with crews mobilizing in the next few days.
• On the second floor, youth area walls are being framed, along with mechanical and electrical rough-ins.
• The elevator is scheduled for delivery within the next 2–3 weeks.
• Permanent power will be brought to the building soon.
