Construction Progress Update 🚧

We’re making great strides on site and wanted to share the latest updates over at FPC Activites Center:

• EIFS and thin brick installation continues on the exterior, bringing the building’s look to life.
• Front curtainwall framing is underway, with glass installation now beginning.
• Sheetrock has been hung and finished in the gym.
• Sheetrock installation is complete in the classroom area and is currently being finished.
• Painting work is set to begin, with crews mobilizing in the next few days.
• On the second floor, youth area walls are being framed, along with mechanical and electrical rough-ins.
• The elevator is scheduled for delivery within the next 2–3 weeks.
• Permanent power will be brought to the building soon.

Exciting progress all around as we move closer to completion—as always, stay tuned for more updates!

Exciting progress continues at the Grande Dunes North Village Amenity Center! The pickleball courts are now complete, palm trees are in place on the pool deck, and underground infrastructure is nearing completion.
Exterior finishes are coming together beautifully, with pool deck pavers, site pavers, columns, and lighting all underway. Up next, we’ll begin work on an extensive network of connected walking paths.
Inside, progress is just as strong—tiling and fireplace installation are wrapping up, door frames are in place, and interior wood trim begins next week.
Step by step, this resort-style paradise is coming to life. 🌴

Beachfront Hampton Inn Cherry Grove Construction Update
We’re making great progress on site!
✅ Foundation – 100% complete
✅ Level 2 Structure – 100% complete
🔨 Level 3 Structure – 75% complete
We’re now moving into the typical floors starting at Level 4—exciting momentum as the building really begins to take shape!

Excited to share the latest progress on Compass by Margaritaville in North Myrtle Beach!!!

✅ Completed:
• Piles and pile caps
• Structural concrete pours up through the Level 3 slab

🔧 In Progress:
• First floor MEP rough-ins have officially begun
We’re continuing to push toward typical floors — once we hit that rhythm, the job will really start gaining speed and production will ramp up significantly.

Proud of the team’s effort coordinating structural and early trade work to keep momentum moving forward. Looking forward to the next phase as this project continues to rise along the coast.
