Flashing. A hundred dollars of flashing can save tens upon tens of thousands of dollars of damage. Check out this beautiful home in Briarcliff Acres that all because of a lack some simple flashing, has encountered massive water intrusion in only around 3 years under their tile deck. When waterproofing an outdoor living space, make sure your Builder FLASHES you properly!! (Oh come on!!…stop giggling like an eighth grader 😳🤦🏼‍♂️😂🤷🏼‍♂️)

Bella Homes, being a licensed SC State General Contractor and having many relationships in the Strand, got called upon for this dock and gazebo rebuild in Pelican Bay, Longs SC. Little did we know the community mascot, ‘Big Bertha’, would be joining us under the pier!!

Bella Homes…’Custom Luxury Living, Docks and Snakes.’ New tag line? Someone call Samuel L Jackson for a voiceover. 🤣🤷🏼‍♂️.
