We wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news about our son, Casey.

A few months ago, Casey stood before the South Carolina LLR Board and formally requested permission to sit for his Residential Builder’s License exam at 18 years old. In front of a panel, he had to explain his experience, his dedication, and why he should be granted the opportunity. After that process, he was approved.

Today, after months of studying and preparation, Casey took his South Carolina Residential Builder’s License exam, and he passed. The youngest in the state of SC to earn this distinction and achieve this professional credential and possibly the youngest in the country.

As his parents, we couldn’t be more proud. This is an incredible accomplishment, especially at just 18 years old.

Casey, true to who he is, wouldn’t be shouting this from the rooftops as his parents because he is a calm, humble young man who doesn’t seek the spotlight. So help me congratulate him!

This shows that building you a custom dream home is deeply in our blood and passion. It’s a whole family team that has your dreams at heart and we truly enjoy building the best for you.

Take a look at this before and after of this complete remodel. I was given direction by the homeowner of what furniture/decor requested tk keep, her color palette, and budget. Otherwise, I designed and gave this home a facelift with the homeowners vision.

A little before and after of this beautiful remodel of a two story stilted home in Ocean Lakes that we had the pleasure to create for an amazing couple.

How we started?
1) I walked the whole home with the homeowners and in each room they gave me a list of request to add/take away.
2) They gave me a color palette of what they envisioned in their new tile/island/and walls. I circled back with samples and chose a design with them. They wanted warm and airy, but not as rich and dark as they once had before.
3) I offered recommendations to the design.
4) Estimate
5) Green light!
6) Throughout the process I added and surprised them with new things. Their response, “Ashlee, it is absolutely beautiful! I am speechless. I was going to ask you about a few things during the process and you literally read my mind and did it without me asking. I’m flabbergasted! It is so much better than I imagined. I am on cloud 9 right now. I couldn’t thank you enough.”
