Stonington CT Sewer Pipe Lining

This is the moment the magic happens.

In this video, you can see our liner being inflated from the inside using a specialized calibration tube. As the liner expands, it is pressed tightly against the existing pipe walls, creating a seamless new pipe inside the old one.

Once everything is properly positioned and inflated, the curing process begins. The result is a strong, joint-free pipe that can restore damaged sewer lines without the need for extensive excavation.

Pretty cool technology when you think about it. We’re essentially building a brand-new pipe from the inside out while leaving your yard, driveway, and landscaping largely untouched.

In this Stonington neighborhood, there was no way to get heavy equipment to the work area, so we rolled up our sleeves and dug this sewer trap by hand. Over 3½ feet deep, one shovel at a time.

Noank CT Sewer Trap Removal & Emergency Sewer Repair

This customer was experiencing sewage backing up into their home due to a clogged sewer trap buried deep underground.

We mobilized as an emergency response, excavated the affected area, removed the failed trap, and restored service the same day.

After exposing the line, the trap was cut out and replaced with a straight section of pipe. We also installed a new cleanout brought up to grade for easy future access.

Buried sewer traps are a common source of recurring backups and blockages. In our area, they are not required by code, and many older systems still have cleanouts buried several feet underground, making them nearly impossible to access when a problem occurs.

By eliminating the trap and installing an accessible cleanout, the sewer system is now easier to maintain and far less likely to experience future backups.

Preston CT Toilet Camera Inspection

Everyone suspected a foreign object was stuck in these constantly clogging toilets at a local daycare center in Preston, CT.

Using one of our specialty micro cameras, we inspected the toilets and drain system from the inside. These cameras can navigate toilet traps, small branch lines, floor drains, and other tight spaces where standard sewer cameras won’t fit.

The result? No toys. No foreign objects. No blockage in the sewer line.

The real problem was the toilets themselves.

Many people don’t realize that commercial toilets have a service life. Pawcatuck CT Trenchless Water Service Replacement

Not every water service replacement requires tearing up your yard.

In this video, we’re making the final connection between a brand-new HDPE water service and the existing city water main. The new pipe was installed using pipe bursting technology, allowing us to replace the entire underground water service while avoiding the extensive excavation that traditional methods often require.

By installing the new line trenchlessly, we were able to preserve the customer’s retaining wall, landscaping, plants, foundation, and nearby underground utilities. Instead of digging a trench across the entire property, we only needed small access points to complete the work.

These are the projects we enjoy most—the challenging underground plumbing jobs that require specialized equipment, experience, and creative solutions. While many contractors prefer to walk away from difficult access situations, this is exactly the type of work where we excel.

Water Service Replacement in New London CT – Out With the Old!

Sometimes the work isn’t over when the new pipe is installed.

In this video, we’re cutting up a 75-foot section of old galvanized steel water service that we just removed from the ground. This pipe was replaced using trenchless pipe bursting technology, allowing us to install a brand-new water line with minimal disruption to the property.

Before we can haul the old pipe away, it has to be cut into manageable sections. That means firing up the demo saw and turning one long piece of steel pipe into dozens of smaller pieces for disposal.

And yes, if you watch closely, you’ll see plenty of sparks flying—including a few a little too close to my brand-new pickup truck for comfort!

This is one of those parts of the job most people never see. From permits and utility mark-outs to installation, cleanup, and disposal, we’re handling every step from start to finish.

Stonington CT Water Service Replacement Without Destroying Your Lawn

Most people assume replacing a buried water service means tearing up the entire yard.

Not anymore.

For this project in Stonington, Connecticut, we replaced a severely deteriorated galvanized steel water service by using pipe bursting technology. A new HDPE water line was installed through the path of the existing pipe with only a small excavation near the road and a small opening through the home’s foundation.

No trench across the lawn. No destroyed landscaping. No unnecessary disruption.

When the work was complete, the yard was fully restored, the foundation entrance was repaired, and the property looked like we were never even there. Most importantly, the homeowner now has strong, reliable water pressure and a brand-new water service built to last for decades.

Main Water Service Repair in Stonington, CT

Not every excavation project should be done with a bucket.

In this video, we’re exposing a main water service line in Stonington, Connecticut. Because we were working so close to a critical utility, we brought in a hydro excavation contractor to safely uncover the piping.

If the city side of this water service valve were damaged, there would be no simple way to shut the water off. That means a small mistake could quickly become a major problem.

Hydro excavation uses pressurized water and vacuum equipment to safely remove soil around buried utilities. This allows for extremely precise excavation and dramatically reduces the risk of damaging water lines, gas lines, electrical services, and other underground infrastructure.

Sometimes the safest option is to slow down, bring in the right equipment, and do the job with precision. That’s exactly what we did here.

When it comes to underground utility work, protecting existing infrastructure is just as important as completing the repair itself.

Commercial Sewer Line Repair in Mystic, CT

When tree roots invade a sewer line, the problem only gets worse with time. In this case, a commercial property in Mystic was experiencing active sewer backups caused by heavy root intrusion inside the underground pipeline.

To permanently resolve the issue, we excavated beneath an existing concrete sidewalk to access the damaged section of sewer pipe. This video shows our crew working inside the trench while making the repair, with our excavator on site assisting with the excavation process.

Once the sewer line repair was completed, we fully restored the sidewalk so the property was left in proper condition. No temporary patchwork—just a complete repair from the pipe all the way back to the finished surface.
