The role entails answering and scheduling calls with customers, coordinating with drivers and dispatching dump trucks, invoicing and billing, contract preparation, financial management, and social media marketing. The hourly pay ranges from $15 to $22, based on experience and ability to learn. This position is critical to our ongoing growth, and we are seeking a committed individual who can work with us long-term. A unique 2 acre pond we had the opportunity of doing in Douglass, TX this past summer! Starting this job off we cleared all of the brush and pushed the topsoil to the back of the dam also known as the (apron) after the apron was completed RSC started digging the core/keyway for the dam with doing 1’ foot lifts to meet compaction! RSC did a total of 25 lifts to get the dam to the correct height! This pond is an average of 15’ foot depth with a peak depth of 30’ feet! We also added a dirt pier and a shelf for fish habitats! We would like to give Cutting Edge Tree Service and Cleanup a big shout out for trust us with this job! A recent 30x45 pad RSC had the pleasure of doing in garrison Texas! Coming into this job the location of the pad was on a big slope, we was able to cut into the hill and form a apron around the pad and cut in the drainage swells in the proper areas with the dirt on site. RSC then brought in 350 cubic yards of red sand for the pad to finish the job off! We service all of Nacogdoches county 936-645-5118

Here’s a 500 foot long custom driveway RSC wrapped up a few weeks ago! This particular driveway had a bunch of sugar sand that was causing cars to get stuck while driving down it. We brought in 5 loads of select fill dirt and added a crown in the road then top dresses the drive with SB2 road base! A recent job RSC had the opportunity of doing in Lufkin Texas a couple of weeks ago! Ramshur sand & clay hauled in over 85+ loads of select fill between the 4 mobile home pads, each pad we installed in 12 inch lifts along with compacting it to the correct compaction percentage,next RSC will be doing the driveways/parking areas for each location y’all stay tuned!
