5 year old home with shower pans already cracking. Good ole Saga build. A lot of builders now a days don’t take the time to prep, level and support shower pans. Floor was out of level so what we do is lay floor leveler to make sure our subfloor is perfectly level. Then we install a quality pan with built in supports underneath. Another cool feature we like add is a soap niche across the entire back of the shower. We build for not only quality but dependability. Team OBXpertise!!!

I love it when all the pieces come together at the end. It took considerably longer to complete these terracotta floors. They look great, but the variation in size of up to 1/4 inch made it challenging to maintain consistent grout lines. I would say we successfully achieved our goal. Team OBXpertise.
