Major appreciation to the insurance company on this home 🙌💼 for stepping up — even though the issue was due to improper installation by the previous roofer 👎🔨.
The shingles were nailed incorrectly, missing the nailing strip 🎯, which caused them to lift and come off over time 💨🪁.

Despite it being a workmanship issue, they still covered the replacement 👏👏 — truly above and beyond! 💯✅
