We are currently looking for a full time estimating assistant for our 41 year old fire sprinkler company. Qualified applicates should have knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word. Good phone skills - needs to request information from various entities sometimes across the nation. Need to coordinate a calendar for multiple individuals. Needs to be able to take concise messages. This is a full time position with upper management. Trade experience is not required as we are willing to train the right person. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license.
