Progress is moving fast at the El Pollo Loco Meridian location and the site is officially in that final stretch phase.

Tile, storefront, and equipment installs are coming together while trades wrap up trim, stucco repairs, and final finishes throughout the building. The interiors are tightening up and every week the project feels more complete.

It’s always exciting when a project starts shifting from a construction site into a finished space the community will soon get to enjoy.

Big thanks to the crews and trade partners continuing to push this one toward the finish line.

Progress is moving quickly at the Raising Cane’s project in Springfield, Oregon.

Framing is complete, roofing and weatherproofing are wrapped up, and the site is buzzing with activity as electrical and plumbing crews continue interior rough-ins. Outside, concrete, utilities, and signage work are all taking shape as the project keeps moving full speed ahead.

The building is coming together fast and it’s exciting to see the vision continue taking shape week by week.

Great work by the crews and trade partners continuing to push this one forward.

This year’s Birch Trek on Tuesday was bigger and better than ever.
The RADIX team had the opportunity to help recognize students for their hard work and determination of walking/running laps by presenting bikes, rollerblades, and $100 Scheels gift cards to the top boy and girl from each grade level. Each winner got to choose their prize, making the celebration even more exciting.
Last year the giveaway included bikes and scooters, but this year we wanted to raise the motivation level — and these students absolutely delivered.
The overall top honor went to a 4th grade student who ran an incredible 49.8 miles during Birch Trek. We also had a tie between two 4th grade girls, making for an exciting finish and some serious competition among the students.
Supporting schools, students, and the communities we live and work in is something that means a lot to RADIX. Events like this are a reminder that encouragement, healthy competition, and community support can make a lasting impact.
We’re already looking forward to next year… especially now that a Teachers vs. Students challenge has officially been announced.
Way to go, Bobcats!

Happy Mother’s Day from RADIX Construction 🌷
Today we celebrate the women who build so much more than homes- mothers build families, strength, support systems, and the foundation that keeps everything moving forward.

Cinco de Mayo = officially one of the tastiest RADIX potlucks yet. 🌮🔥

This month’s theme brought the flavor with slow-cooked carnitas, homemade sides, and even homemade flan to top it all off. Safe to say nobody left hungry today. 😅

One of the best parts of our monthly potlucks is seeing everyone bring a little piece of home to the table. Great food, lots of laughs, and a good reminder that strong teams are built around more than just projects.

The awesome decorations and themed music made it feel like a real fiesta around the office today. 🎶🌵

Big thanks to everyone who cooked, shared recipes, decorated, and helped make today another great lunch together!

Taking care of our team is part of the process at RADIX. 👊

Today we welcomed Dr. Baker from Prehab into the office to provide complimentary adjustments for our crew. Between jobsites, travel, desk work, lifting, and long days… construction is hard on the body.

Not only did the team get adjusted, but we also got some great education on mobility, recovery, posture, and taking better care of our bodies long-term. A few cracks, pops, and realignments later and the crew was walking a little taller. 😄

Big thanks to Dr. Baker and the team at Prehab for stopping by and taking care of the RADIX crew!
