We've been asked what our process looks like for the average homeowner. Here's a quick breakdown:

Day 1: We patch and level any holes or deep pot marks in your garage floor including minor crack sealant. That same day, we either grind the concrete down (or existing epoxy) and epoxy that same day, or we degrease, pressure wash, and leave for 24-48 hours to dry with a dehumidifier we provide. This really depends on the condition of the garage and stain presence.

Day 2: We lay down and backroll a thick layer of Tile-Clad Catalyzed Epoxy in a color that you picked out, and we perform a flake distribution on top of that epoxy layer. We let this sit overnight.

Day 3: We lightly scrape any flakes that are sticking up so the surface doesn't have any rough edges. Then we lay down a layer of Armorseal Rexthane Clear Coat to seal and protect the surface.

Day 4: We provide the 2nd and final layer of Armorseal Rexthane Clear Coat with an optional slip-resistant powder can be added for additional traction underfoot (highly recommended).

A great garage floor takes time, usually 3-4 days. We guarantee satisfaction and aren't done until you are happy with the results and proud to show off your new floor.
