Last week, we said a heartfelt farewell to a true HRI legend. 💙 Diane, who has been the greeting face and voice of HRI for 26 years, has officially handed off the torch. Thank you for everything, Diane! This legend has officially retired, and it's so well deserved! 🎉

Value engineering sounds like a win for any capital project. And applied correctly, it can be.

The opportunity requires timing. VE is commonly introduced late, after design is nearly complete, before construction begins. At that stage, options are limited, and the cost of change is high. Owners end up paying more to get what they should have had in the first place.

The earlier in the project lifecycle VE is applied, the greater its potential for value improvement. Ideally, it starts during feasibility and planning, before significant investments are committed.
