What’s up ladies and gents! Our company is currently seeking for a Quality Control Specialist in painting. Tons of amazing new changes have taken place over a couple of months!

This position is HOURLY with weekly pay, leadership rewards and potential bonuses to assist you with benefits. All depends on exceptional attendance, drug free, work ethic, and long-term employment.

We do have other entry-level positions available.

Referral program:

Quality Control: $300.00 per qualified referral.
Experienced Painter: $200.00 per qualified referral.
Entry - Level: $100.00 per qualified Referral.

Compensation:
Quality Control Specialist - - $25.00 - $30.00 HOURLY

Warranty Specialist - - $20.00 - $30.00 HOURLY

Production / TouchUp - - BOE / PIECE RATE
Paid training: $14.00 - $16.00/hr +
Average on Piece Rate: $800 - $1,400 WEEKLY
Hours: 40 to 70

Additional responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

- Filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty plaster
- Smoothing surfaces, using sandpaper, brushes, or steel wool
- Removing old paint from surfaces using paint remover, scraper,
wire brush, or blowtorch to prepare surfaces for painting.
- Painting surfaces using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers
- Roller Experience
- Prep, Interior, Exterior and Clean Up
- Stains and Varnish
- Working individually and with a Team


Requirements:

- Valid State Driver License

Position Overview:

- Prepare customer orders, including blending initial
sample, match colors, making shade adjustments,
filling and labeling orders when necessary.
Make shade adjustments to meet customer
requirements.

- Clean and repair equipment
- Identify equipment problems and make
recommendations.
- Operate all material handling, tinting, mixing and
testing equipment in a safe manner.
- Properly store all partial containers to correct
inventory location
- Identify potential obsolete/damaged material and
handle per established policy/procedures.
Maintain daily warehouse clean up tasks and
equipment.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and
- communicate in English
- Must have the legal right to work
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a Valid Driver License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Employee may be required to retrieve material from warehouse and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.

Employee will spend approximately 20% of the day sitting, 25% standing, 45% walking and 10% stooping, climbing and kneeling.
