Hill Built Homes in Idaho was established in 2005 by owner and operator, Keith Hill. At the early age of 16, Keith began his career in the construction industry performing framing and concrete work. In 1989 he settled in Idaho, with the vision of becoming a building contractor. Over the next few years, he strategically worked in various trades to learn the skills needed to build a home from the gr
ound up. From plumbing, to sheetrock, roofing, and beyond; you name it-he did it. In 1996 Keith worked for a truss company and worked up to the general manager. He then became a construction foreman for a custom home builder doing new home construction in Nampa, Boise, Meridian areas. Keith established Hill Built Homes in Nampa in 2005. His Skill and hard work was recognized in 2007 when one of his homes earned 8 of 9 first place awards in the Parade of Homes and another home earned 1 third place award. This recognition continued in the 2008 Parade of Homes when one of his homes swept its category by earning all 9 first place awards. Keith is one of those new home builders that prides himself in delivering turn key homes to his clients, whether its new home construction or complete remodel start to finish in Nampa, Meridian, Boise area. He attributes his success in building beautiful quality homes at a value to his strong relationships with his sub-contractors and clients. Because he spent time learning hands-on the various building trades, it has improved his management skills, his eye for detail and communication with his sub-contractors. Keith also enjoys the working relationship between him and his clients, from the design stages to handing them the keys to their dream home. He understands that building a home is stressful and exciting at the same time.
