Your roof is just as important as your foundation. Regular maintenance is the key. Your roof and gutter system should be checked at least once a year and checked after severe storms. A small repair now could save you thousands in the future.
Selecting a good roofer is easier than you think. Ask your coworkers or your neighbors who they use. Be weary of people approaching you especially after severe storms. As the saying goes if it sounds too good it's probably not a good thing.

Winter is fast approaching. Now is the time to have your roof checked out. It is a good idea to have your roof inspected every couple years depending on the age of the roof. Older roofs should be inspected yearly while a new roof maybe every five years. A small roof repair now will prevent major repair later. Don't forget your gutters and downspouts. They should be inspected and cleaned in the spring and the fall.

Sorry it's been awhile. Been busy. Just want to mention with the high heat and humidity forcasted, please take heed. This is serious stuff and it doesn't take as long as you think before things go downhill. Also check on the elderly and your neighbors who may not have air conditioning. Stay safe.
