Literally the hottest hot sauce I've made to date 🤤

It so easy to make!

Cover your peppers with vinegar + water, I add onion and garlic, simmer for 20-30, blend, I strain for a smooth consistency, water bath for 20ish, BAM!

Shelf stable backyard chicken eggs for when my hens take the winter off 🥚🍳

Freeze dried eggs reconstitute into the perfect scrambled egg mixture!

I use them for scrambled eggs, baking, cooking, everything you'd crack an egg for!

Fresh milled flour, homegrown zucchini, Greek yogurt, maple syrup.... the best ingredients to use up some ripe bananas for these delicious muffins!

One of the reasons I wanted a freeze dryer was for cheese 😅

I used the entire block for a Mac n cheese blend, and it's so delicious!! I'll post that recipe soon!
