Our team is excited to see construction of the new 11,700sf Transportation Facility for Naperville Community Unit School District 203 making great progress! The facility is on track for occupancy during the 2026-27 school year winter break. We had a ton of fun designing it and collaborating with Pepper Construction as the Construction Manager. We're enjoying seeing it all come together for the District!

This past Saturday, we were honored to attend the Suppiah Hall Panchavati Pavilion Grand Opening at Balaji Temple in Aurora. Our design for the facility began back in 2023 under the vision of one of the Temple's founding trustees, Sam Musunuru. The hall sits prominently near the entrance to the temple's 70 acre campus and more than doubles event space available to devotees and their families for religious weddings and dances. Unfortunately, Sam passed away in 2025 just before construction started. He was a great friend and a true inspiration to all that had the opportunity to know him. We miss him dearly!

Today was a great day for a groundbreaking ceremony for the Addition to Jefferson Elementary School for Joliet Public Schools District 86! It's also the last day of school, so the kids had extra fun!

Groundbreaking for our new 14,900sf addition to Thomas Jefferson Elementary School for Joliet Public Schools District 86 will be held on June 2, 2026. The $11.1 MM project will add four new classrooms, a new gymnasium, and school office. Safety and security improvements are also planned including a new accessible and secured main entrance and new drop-off and pick-up parking lots. Construction is expected to be completed by Summer 2027.

Our new District Transportation Facility is now under construction for Naperville Community Unit School District 203. The facility includes a 5-bay maintenance garage with wash bay, administration offices, dispatch and training rooms, and a huge break room with plenty of natural light for bus drivers. The project also includes a secured lot to fuel and park 140 buses which will be constructed to the east along with new driver and staff parking to the west of the building. We included sustainability-focused features including a geothermal HVAC system and photovoltaic array on the roof to help reduce reliance on the grid. We're looking forward to seeing it come to life for our client and working with all the great people at Pepper Construction!

We had our office Christmas party last night. It was a wonderful evening to kick back, relax, and enjoy the holidays and the company of one another. It's awesome knowing that in 2026, we're heading into our 91st year! Looking forward to what the new year brings!

As we head into 2026, we thought we'd spruce things up a bit here in the office. Plus, we love throwing some extra fun into our busy holiday schedules! LOL. It's been a bit of a construction zone for several weeks, but it's coming together and closer to the finish line. We've installed new flooring in several areas, rolled out a new paint scheme, and deploying new production and interactive technology for all our talented staff. We're also excited our team is growing. We recently hired Jill, our new administrative assistant, and Ethan will be joining our studio the first week of January.

Finishing touches are wrapping up here in mid July at the addition to Ranch View School for Naperville Community Unit School District 203. We're punch listing now and furniture starts arriving next week! The school bell will be ringing in August and this new educational environment will be ready in plenty of time for teachers to get their new rooms ready for students!

We're delighted the District trusted us with this important project. And kudos to Pepper Construction for doing an awesome job carrying out our vision! WE ARE ALL ONE GREAT TEAM!

It was an honor attending the 2025 Plainfield SD 202 Foundation for Excellence dinner last night! We were delighted to attend and witness all the great work!
