Strong storms moved through Chicagoland today. How did your commercial roof hold up?

This equipment pe*******on required a custom solution.

The existing portal was deteriorated and additional pe*******ons were needed, but the A/C lines were already charged and couldn't be disconnected.

Our team fabricated a custom two-piece curb cap from TPO-coated metal, allowing installation without disturbing the existing mechanical system. We then heat-welded a new pitch pocket assembly to provide a durable, watertight seal.

Projects like this highlight the value of in-house metal fabrication and experienced commercial roofing technicians.
