conscientious and passionate about landscaping. Clement Bros. is committed to being good
stewards to the environment, thus utilizing organic practices whenever possible.
Our gardening team is responsible for plant bed installation and maintenance. Tasks include
spring and fall clean ups, mulching, pruning, feeding, planting, diagnosing/correcting
problems, perennial and annual plant care.
A few things we’re looking for as we build our team:
*Enthusiastic, team oriented and motivated individuals who desire continued learning.
*Have the physical ability to routinely lift 40 lbs., work on hands and knees for long periods of
time and don’t mind getting dirty and occasionally “wet” in inclement weather.
*Be able to talk to our clients like they are long-time neighbors.
*Possess a clean driving record and can demonstrate safe equipment use.
*Previous experience or strong knowledge of plants would be helpful, but ultimately not
required.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
