A new build at the Estates at Bay Colony Golf Club, featured this month in .
7,724 square feet under air. Single level. The first teardown and new construction in the neighborhood.
Designed by John Cooney of , with interiors by and landscape architecture by Pat Trefz of .
The brief from the owners was specific. Water at the front door, and only water. We engineered the entry stone wall as a cascading waterfall, ran fountains and more than 60 bubblers through the pool gunnel, and aligned every exterior surface with the interior floor so movement between the house and the landscape reads as one plane.
Inside, bent walnut radius beams conceal the air systems. A backlit Cristallo stone wall anchors the wine room.
Grateful to the team, and to Florida Design for the feature.
