Another progress update from the Marco Island Tax Collector Office!

A lot has changed on the exterior recently. Stucco, windows, roofing, and canopies have all been installed, and the site has now been graded with sidewalks in place. Asphalt paving is scheduled for next week.

The project is getting close, and it’s great to see everything coming together!

Progress at Prima Auto Condos!

A lot has changed since our last construction update. Doors and windows are now in place, stucco and exterior painting have transformed the buildings, and interior build-out is moving forward inside the individual units.

The project is really starting to look like the finished development we envisioned, and we are looking forward to seeing the next round of progress.

Throwback to 837 Fifth Avenue South!

This project goes back more than 20 years and has a particularly special connection to PK Studios.

Designed as a two-story mixed-use building with restaurant, retail, and office space, 837 Fifth Avenue South was carefully scaled to fit between its neighboring buildings while also bringing new life to an abandoned pedestrian passage connecting Fifth Avenue with the alley behind it.

Over the years, it has been home to some familiar Naples names, including Chops City Grill, and for about 10 years it was also home to the PK Studios office.

Like Fifth Avenue itself, the building continues to change with the times. It was recently renovated to incorporate a unique rooftop restaurant concept, adding another chapter to a project that has now been part of downtown Naples for more than two decades.

A fun one for us to look back on, both as a design project and as a place we once called home.

Another great milestone at the Marco Island Tax Collector’s Office!

Interior millwork and finishes are going in, and the spaces are really beginning to take shape. The cabinetry, service counters, and finish details will help create a welcoming and functional environment for both staff and the public.

We are excited to see the project continue moving closer to completion.

Another important project is moving forward at the David Lawrence Centers.

Collier County recently approved updates that will allow construction of the new Van Domelen Children’s Center for Excellence next to the recently completed DLC Access and Integrated Care Center.

The new 30,000+ square-foot building will become Collier County’s primary acute-care crisis center for children. It will also add much-needed space for children’s outpatient services, community programs, and group-care services.

We are proud to be part of a project that will expand access to care for children and families throughout our community.

A big milestone yesterday for DLC’s Diermeier Access and Integrated Care Center!

The project celebrated its ribbon-cutting ceremony, and the building is now furnished, cleaned, permitted, and ready to welcome the public on July 7.

This space was designed to feel calm, open, and approachable, helping support DLC’s mission of improving access to care in our community. We’re grateful to have played a role in bringing it to life.

Congratulations to the David Lawrence Centers and the full project team!

Throwback to one of our most recognizable single-family homes in Naples.

This two-story Port Royal residence was designed in an Italian Renaissance style and features more than 5,000 square feet of living space under air. From the arched entry and garden courtyard to the bold exterior color and white roof, the home makes a lasting impression.

Located along Smugglers Bay, the property also includes a pool and spa overlooking the water, making it a beautiful example of classic Naples waterfront living.

Still one of our favorites to look back on.

Exciting milestone for The Viceroy in Naples.

We’re proud to share that The Viceroy has now received preliminary Design Review Board approval, Planning Advisory Board approval, and, as of yesterday, City Council approval.

This long-anticipated waterfront redevelopment will bring new life to a prominent site along the Gordon River, with a mixed-use program that includes transient lodging, commercial space, marina access, and boat docks.

We’re grateful to the City of Naples staff, review boards, City Council, the ownership team, the design team, and all others involved in helping move this project forward.

A little color can go a long way.

Egress stairs are usually some of the most practical spaces in a building, but that does not mean they have to feel boring. At the new David Lawrence Center Access and Integrated Care Center, these blue stairs bring some personality and energy to a space that could have easily been overlooked.

Good design shows up in the details, even the ones you may only notice for a few seconds at a time.

The interiors are moving along, with drywall, ceilings, lighting, and finishes going in this week. The project is really starting to take shape as the team moves from rough-in work into the finishing stages.
