Castle Services recommends that maintenance service be done at least once a year, before hurricane season. Maintenance services include inspecting and testing all shutters and screens for proper operation & lubricating all tracks. Inspecting screens for tears, rips, or zipper separation & dry sweeping. We check all remotes for battery replacement if required.
Maintenance Services are scheduled the same as repair services. Services can be scheduled by calling our service department up to a year in advance. Based on customer preference, we can schedule annual, biannual, or quarterly service.
