This position will include support tasks for Showroom Sales and Design professionals, be the first point of contact for prospects and clients, confirm appointments, maintain administrative and overall office responsibilities, answer phones, process client paperwork, maintain and create file systems, utilize general business office skills. You will be responsible for sample inventory and decorative hardware ordering. Review and ordering of office supplies and marketing materials. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication, organizational and office skills.
• Confidentiality is required.
• Previous experience in office administration.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Prioritize and multitask.
• Show initiative and willingness to learn.
• Experience with telephone system management.
• Experience with copier/scan systems.
• Proficient in Outlook contact records, Word and Excel is required.
• Previous cabinetry showroom knowledge is a plus.
