Freshly restored in Naples. 🌴✨

Another beautiful transformation by the Marzucco’s team at Mirage on the Gulf. From the expansive exterior corridors to the courtyard details, our team helped refresh and protect this Gulf Coast property with a clean, coastal finish built for Florida’s environment.

Proud to help preserve the properties that make Southwest Florida beautiful—one project at a time.

Project Spotlight: Mirage on the Gulf, Marco Island. 🌴

Nine stories of Gulf-front tower on the south end of Marco Island means salt air on every elevation, year round. Our crews are working the exterior from suspended swing stages, stucco repair, texture matching, joint and sealant work, and a full coating system to put the envelope back in shape.

The texture match is the part nobody notices until it's wrong. Patched stucco that misses the original knock-down pattern shows up in every angle of afternoon light. Done right, you can't tell where the repair stops.

Construction Su***de Prevention Week:

Our industry has one of the highest su***de rates of any line of work in the country. That's the reason the week exists. This year's theme is Building on Progress, recent data shows the numbers finally moving in the right direction.

Jobsites across the country will hold a stand-down on Monday, September 14. Ours is simple: take a few minutes on site, and check in with the guy next to you. Not "how's it going" in passing an actual question, with time left for an actual answer. Asking someone directly whether they're okay doesn't put the idea in their head. It usually does the opposite."
