So close to finishing StudioFit Tampa. It’s all about what you do to get things across the finish line.

Today that meant wiring up the speaker and sound system myself. And a big shout-out to my PM, Brian Whitney, for going above and beyond — patching and painting, whatever it takes.

Every project comes down to the same thing: showing up, rolling up your sleeves, and doing the work that’s in front of you.

Some projects are a renovation. This one is a full-on reinvention. 🏗️
We're working with owner Matt Bianchini on his property at 2204 Regal Blvd here in Naples, and the scope is a big one: we stripped the existing structure down to the slab, raised it with another 3 feet of block to gain height, and we're adding a brand-new pool.
We're currently at the concrete-wall phase — the part where you can finally start to picture the finished home taking shape. We've posted the before-and-after, today's progress, and the renderings of the final vision so you can follow the whole journey with us.

Progress is looking 🔥 at StudioFit Training in Tampa!

The Colli Construction team has been putting in serious work at 1528 W North B St — and it shows. We’ve knocked out framing & demo, electrical rough-in, mechanical rough-in, windows, exterior railing, and painting is underway. This space is coming together fast and we couldn’t be more proud of the crew making it happen day in and day out. 💪🏗️
