Just wrapped up a full electrical upgrade at the Waterford Historical Society — new panel and service disconnect, mini‑split disconnects, modern track lighting, and improved exterior/egress lighting to keep this historic space safe, efficient, and ready for community events.

We partnered with Private Power Services to complete a 600’ underground service installation for a customer in Southern Maine. As a CMP‑approved contractor, they handled the trenching, conduit, and cable to the transformer pad. From there, we completed the 200A service installation for the customer’s new home. We value working with qualified local contractors, especially when it delivers the best outcome for the customer.

Beginning stages of this apartment remodel. We had to gut the entire existing electrical system and start fresh. We found multiple open splices in the walls, buried junction boxes, and k**b and tube. It's not pretty yet but will be when it's finished!

New shop with attached apartment roughed-in. We will be tackling the underground service in the spring time when this home is also ready for the finish electrical!

We are certified FranklinWH installers. Here we installed (3) batteries and integrated them with the existing solar array, generator, and utility. This allows the customer to store energy from their solar array, or generator, and utilize it during sustained outages or their own grid independence.

Some in progress photos of this remodel requiring us to run new circuits from the basement to the top floor and outfit all new lighting, fans, switches, and outlets. Customer insisted we install all devices before drywall/paint was completed and wanted their new mini-split circuits run in conduit.
