Congratulations to our Detroit Division on the groundbreaking of Auburn Oaks in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Developed through a partnership between Rochester Housing Solutions and Three Oaks Communities, Auburn Oaks is an inclusive housing community designed to foster independence, connection, and a strong sense of belonging for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Once complete, it will be only the third community of its kind in Michigan.

We are honored to help bring this meaningful project to life and contribute to a development that will have a lasting impact on the lives of its residents and the surrounding community.

Proud of our Nashville division on the successful completion of the Woodland Behavioral Health Center in Southaven, MS 👏 This 45,000 sq. ft., 100-bed facility expands access to critical behavioral health services across the region.

Delivered through a design-build approach alongside our long-standing partner, Stengel Hill, the project utilized off-site prefabrication with cold-formed metal framing, saving 8 weeks on the construction schedule and accelerating the delivery of this important community resource. Great work by everyone involved!

Congratulations to our Naples team on reaching a major milestone at the R.M. Schulze Family Heart & Stroke Critical Care Center! Almost a year after breaking ground, the beam signing ceremony marks an exciting milestone for NCH’s downtown Naples campus, with the project remaining on track for completion in late 2027.

Once complete, the nearly 200,000-square-foot facility will enhance critical heart and stroke care for the Southwest Florida community. We’re proud to partner alongside Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH, Gilbane Building, and all project partners helping bring this vision to life.

Our team was proud to sponsor the golf carts at the 25th Annual Sarasota Memorial Healthcare Foundation Golf Tournament benefiting the Physician’s Endowment at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Proceeds from the tournament support continuing education, certifications, and professional development opportunities for healthcare staff across the health system.
