Pouring reinforced concrete footers today for a mobile home lift.
Home is being elevated 8 feet onto steel beams. All engineered columns, footers, grade beams sized and placed per plans for load, wind, and uplift resistance. Using #5 Rebar for long-term structural stability. One step closer to setting columns and safely lifting the home onto steel beams. Stay tuned for more updates.
