We were recently contacted to repair a pool heater.
This was a property we didn't build & don't service.
The property was a rental and the owner only knew the heater wasn't working.
So we visited the property and discovered that the circuit breaker for the pump was bad.
No power to the pump = no heater.
Replaced the breaker and now everything is up a running.
Could have sold a 5K new heater.
Instead we sold a $150 breaker.
