Jason was born and raised in Liberty Center, graduated from LC in 1998 and went on to earn a degree in construction management from BGSU. His experience includes working on high-end properties in Las Vegas, such as the parade of homes, before returning home to start his own business. In this tight-knit community, you may recognize Jason or his dad, Rusty Coey, who is also part of the JCM Construction team. This renovation involved a complete overhaul, redirecting the stairway and installing new treads, spindles, and handrail. A wall was constructed upstairs to create an entirely new room as well as removing 2 walls downstairs to create an open concept. Here are some before and after pictures.

In this home renovation, we removed an intrusive three-sided fireplace and built-in shelves. We also replaced and matched all plaster texture, painted the entire house, and installed all new flooring throughout. A new in-wall fireplace with a stone hearth and mantel was constructed. Additionally, the kitchen was remodeled by replacing countertops and tile backsplash.
