Custom millwork runs throughout the home, and a full steel staircase connects the basement to the 4th floor, capped with oak and paired with a complementary railing that traces each opening.

Framing at our custom home project in Jenkintown is almost wrapped up, and we love how it’s coming together.

We’re using Comfortboard 80 to add a smooth, continuous insulation layer over the roof. A huge upgrade for keeping this home comfortable no matter the season.

Big spans, high ceilings, and tons of natural light are all part of the design by and and we’re making sure it stays energy-efficient for the long haul. I’ll be posting more about this projects upgrades in the coming weeks as we get into the details on the mechanicals.

This home reimagines the classic split-level through a modern, mid-century lens.
The design plays with horizontal lines, natural materials, and glass to create balance and warmth within a bold geometric form.

Each elevation layer is intentional — from the stone base anchoring the structure to the overhanging volumes that bring depth and shade. Inside, the split-level layout allows light to travel between spaces, connecting everyday living to the landscape beyond.

Tucked beneath this stately brick home in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood, we discovered something truly special — a fully intact vintage letterpress printing shop, complete with a Chandler & Price platen press, metal type drawers, and typesetting tools, likely untouched for decades.
Now, this historic home is entering a bold new chapter. We have been tapped to transform the original structure of 2313 Green Street into six modern apartments and a ground up addition that will house 3 more apartments which is currently in design by — bringing fresh life to a building with deep roots in Philadelphia’s legacy of craftsmanship and industry.

We are very proud to take on the adaptive reuse of this historic building at 1604 Locust St., a prime piece of the city’s architectural past. Originally built in the 19th century, this brownstone structure has seen Philadelphia evolve over generations. Now, we’re transforming the upper floors into 6 residential units as the building takes on a new life that honors its history while meeting modern needs.

We take immense pride in every project we bring to life, and this one is no exception. What started as a 3,500 sq. ft. home (including the basement and garage) has been transformed into a stunning 7,000 sq. ft. masterpiece.

Our mission is always to create extraordinary spaces that seamlessly blend with their surroundings. For this project, we sourced the exact stone from the original structure to perfectly merge the old and new facades. The result? A timeless exterior paired with a modern, functional interior layout designed by .

This home is a perfect balance of form and function, showcasing how thoughtful design can elevate every detail.
