Removed a wall, and plaster ceilings and plaster from the walls. Removed the subfloor and installed new. New joists to level the floor. New joists in the ceiling to level the ceiling. All new electric,drywall,flooring,trim and paint. The ceiling had 4 cracked joist and was 5¼" out of level. The floor was 2½ out of level.
