🦺Safety, skill development, and continuous learning are essential to the work we do every day.

Last week, DECCO employee-partners participated in Rigging Training I & II at our Fab Shop, strengthening their knowledge of proper rigging techniques, equipment inspection, load handling, and safe lifting practices. Investing in hands-on training helps ensure our teams have the knowledge and confidence to perform complex work safely and efficiently.

Thank you to our Safety Team and instructors for their ongoing commitment to developing our workforce and reinforcing DECCO's strong safety culture.

🏗Precision. Planning. Performance.

Our Critical Equipment Handling (CEH) team recently completed a highly complex lyophilizer skid installation, showcasing the expertise required to manage oversized, mission-critical process equipment safely.

The project involved two skids weighing a combined 52,000 pounds, a 770-ton crane, specialized rigging, and a lift through a temporary roof opening nearly 200 feet from the crane setup location. Once inside, the equipment was carefully maneuvered into a confined mechanical space, leveled, aligned, and permanently anchored.

From equipment receipt and assembly to complex crane lifts and final installation, this project highlights the specialized capabilities of our CEH team and their commitment to safety, planning, and flawless ex*****on.
