Our clients came to us with a special request. They loved their home, its location, and all the care and attention they had invested in it over the years. However, they needed more space and a true primary bedroom suite.

To meet their needs, we designed an addition above their existing living room. One of the biggest challenges was preserving the living room’s spacious feel and keeping its ceiling as high as possible, which became a key driver of the design.

We’re excited to see this project come to life, with construction scheduled to begin this fall!

Excited to share that our new 16-unit luxury 55+ apartment development has completed the schematic design phase and is moving into municipal approvals. Designed around intentional and accessible living, the building features a first-floor fitness center, lounge, patios, co-working space, and over 2,000 SF of rooftop deck space for residents to enjoy. Each unit also includes a minimum of 150 SF of private balcony space, creating a strong connection between the interior living areas and the outdoors.

Architecturally, the building draws inspiration from the local mill vernacular while thoughtfully responding to the surrounding neighborhood context. We’re looking forward to working with the Planning Board to help navigate this tight site and bring much-needed housing opportunities to Bedford 🔜
