Excited to share that our new 16-unit luxury 55+ apartment development has completed the schematic design phase and is moving into municipal approvals. Designed around intentional and accessible living, the building features a first-floor fitness center, lounge, patios, co-working space, and over 2,000 SF of rooftop deck space for residents to enjoy. Each unit also includes a minimum of 150 SF of private balcony space, creating a strong connection between the interior living areas and the outdoors.

Architecturally, the building draws inspiration from the local mill vernacular while thoughtfully responding to the surrounding neighborhood context. We’re looking forward to working with the Planning Board to help navigate this tight site and bring much-needed housing opportunities to Bedford 🔜

Atrium is officially installed in our Sunroom project in Belmont, MA ☀️

The new folding doors and atrium completely transform the space, filling it with natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.

Site visit at our Hollis project. Things are moving along in the garage and sunroom! The sunroom is getting ready for interior and exterior finishes, while the garage framing is almost complete! Next steps are the garage slab, exterior siding, and the large wrap around deck!

How it’s going vs how it started! About a year ago we started designing this massive 3000sq ft addition and today it’s becoming a reality!

The star of this addition will definitely be this amazing fireplace and the 16’ ceilings for this family room. Thank you to our clients for trusting us with their project!

Next week it will be receiving siding, and the 70 windows will be installed. Stay tuned for a video coming soon! 🔜
