This trailer is completely self contained with a 300 gallon fuel tank, 7kw generator and 800k BTU of thermostat controlled heat 🔥

One of my favorite combinations. IBC SL26-260 high efficiency boiler with a 10:1 turn down. Paired with an NTI wall mounted indirect water heater. When you build custom houses the mechanical room should be just as impressive!!

It’s been awhile, we’ve been busy! Check out this beautiful IBC 260k BTU high efficiency boiler with a 10:1 turn down. Paired with a wall mounted indirect NTI water heater. The last picture is of the 100 year old boiler that it replaced. Quite the upgrade!

Another beautiful building we were trusted to build. What a beautiful outcome. (4) ADA compliant 1/2 baths, bar and commercial kitchen. Here is a sneak peak. Oil rubbed bronze fixtures with bottle traps and color matched supply lines and stops. A beautiful 4 burner stove with griddle and pot filler. More pictures to come!
