Our customer reached out saying that their safety sensors were working intermittently, and the door wasnt functioning as it should.

Simple enough to change out to some brand new safety sensors and run some new wiring.

This old unit is well over 20 years old!

It was indeed time to replace these rollers! The exterior garage door weather seal was completely missing allowing for weather to creep in. It also caused the bottom of the track to develop rust!

In Goftstown today!

Had the opportunity to work on a couple of Liftmaster 8500 Series jackshaft operators.

The operator kept opening and closing on its own and the lights on the wall button were flashing rapidly.

Luckily most of the time this is an easy fix.

We got the homeowner up and running with a new wall button. These like to fail and cause all sorts of issues!

If it looks old, yellow, and faded there is a good chance that water and moisture have gotten in there over the years.

Especially if you're having trouble pressing the buttons and having it function properly.
