Employee of the Month 👏

This one’s special. My younger brother has been by my side for the last 5 years, putting in the work day in and day out. At just 18, he’s already built a level of discipline and dedication that most people take years to develop.

He’s the kind of guy who listens, learns, and applies—no shortcuts, no complaints. His patience on the job and willingness to keep improving has taken him from stacking block on retaining wall jobs to now running a CAT 340 with a 12,000 lb hammer on our civil construction site.

That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from showing up early, staying late, and taking pride in every step of the process.

Proud of the man he’s becoming and the work he’s putting in. This is just the beginning.
