Hunt’s Mechanical is looking for (1) HVAC Service Technicians to join our team!

Hourly pay is $20.00-$40.00. *Pay is negotiable based on experience!

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with the office and clients regarding service needs.
• Drive company van to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules.
• Must have minimum of 3 years in an HVAC service tech role. Installing would be a plus but not required.
• Have the ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Have your own basic hand tools.
• Must have a valid driver license for company van.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Strong communication.
Customer service oriented.
Sense of urgency.
Capable of diagnosing and repairing.

ABOUT US AND WHAT WE OFFER:
We do HVAC. We are located in Nashville ,TN. We have been in business since 2022 doing commercial and residential HVAC .

POSITIONS OFFER:
Paid vacation time after 90 days.
Paid holidays.

Weekly pay, every Friday.
Steady work all year round with 40 hours. No layoffs. Stability

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

Benefits:
Company truck
Vacation Time/Paid time off accrued immediately and available after 90 days.
Health insurance after 90 days

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Some overtime - optional
Weekends as needed
