Some bedroom floors I redone it was a rental property so they didn't want to replace the trim as well would have looked better but the floors look good!!

Drylocked the basement in this one. Also pressure washed the house and rock staircase. Took all the clay tile off the porches and resurfaced them (few pics still to come)

Pics of a gazebo and fire pit we installed recently. Also added the 4×14 aggregated concrete pad. Sealed the entire patio with valspar wet look.
