🛑WHY ROCK SOLID LANDSCAPES?🛑

1️⃣ COMMUNICATION! We are a well-rounded company that can help you with a variety of outdoor home projects! From drainage, landscaping, patios, outdoor lighting, fencing, retaining walls and MORE! We pride ourselves on meeting with our customers and discussing all aspects of the job/project!
We are a phone call or text away at all times!
2️⃣ STANDARDS! We believe in an end product that will LAST! There are certain methods and protocols to ensure this!
For example- the project pictured here is a small patio project but it is NOT a simple one! Things that are notable that make US your choice for your project:
🌳🌳🌳COMPACTION- compacting the soil, gravel and any materials we are using to “build on” is REQUIRED! Compaction ensures a stable base and longer lasting walls, walkways and structures.
🌳🌳🌳DRAINAGE- in the “before” picture you can see that the house was built with the gutter downspouts flowing in the corner of the foundation of the home. Definitely should have been anywhere else but there. We connected SCHEDULE 40 PVC to make sure it would never be a problem in the future.
WHY? Water causes erosion and foundation issues! Check out the “AFTER” picture! That drain is buried and taken under the patio and to an area away from the home!
🌳🌳🌳ELECTRICAL-this home owner wanted outdoor lighting, so that’s what we gave them! You will see in the “AFTER” picture that there is now an outdoor-rated electrical outlet box installed! We also added a low voltage transformer and 4 lights along the walkway. The lights we installed are called cap/deck lights and can only be seen when they are on at night.

We have taken a little break from posting projects and updates and we would like to apologize!

Over the past year we have transitioned from the Nashville, TN area to East Texas! After three years in Tennessee we are thankful for our loyal customers there and are excited for our East Texas endeavors. We are now centrally located between Tyler/Shreveport and Nacogdoches/Longview!

To officially re-introduce Rock Solid Landscapes please take a look at some of our recent and past projects! Jerrod Vaughn, owner of Rock Solid Landscapes was born in Marshall and his entire family has always resided in the area.

Rock Solid Landscapes was established in 2021. Along with traditional hands-on experience we also have gained our knowledge through industry based certifications and continuing education classes. Specializing in paver patios, segmental retaining walls, and drainage solutions. The methods we use are the ones that our products and their engineers have tested and recommend.

Rock Solid’s goal is to ensure our customers happiness and bring their visions and needs to reality! With a personal touch and warranty options on all projects, we believe we can earn your business through our open minded and task oriented approach.
