Most people don’t expect a traffic control company to be building its own AI-assisted operating system. That’s what we’ve been doing.

Our crews still get up at 2 a.m., load trucks, and put cones on Tennessee highways. That hasn’t changed.

What has changed is everything behind them. We’re using automation to prepare quotes faster, track crew and truck activity, verify job readiness, process thousands of emails, and keep our team’s information in sync.

So far: over 60,000 automated actions, more than 19,000 emails processed, and over 800 updates shipped to our own software.

But people are still accountable. Crew leaders make the calls in the field. Estimators own the numbers. Our team approves the work.

Technology should make great people better, not replace them.

We’re still a family-owned Tennessee traffic control company. We’re just running a smarter one behind the cones.

Great day with the whole MTTM team for Orange Blitz Day, training, connecting, and getting stronger together as a crew.

I also got to share something personal with our team and introduce a new benefit: Corporate Chaplains Services. A chaplain is somebody who comes alongside you to care for you when life gets hard, no matter what you believe. Our people carry a lot, on the road and off it, and this is one more way we’re making sure they’re not carrying it alone.

🦺🧡 Orange Blitz Day at MTTM!

We brought part of our team together for training, connection and a little teamwork around the yard. We introduced our new corporate chaplains—an additional benefit and source of support for our employees and their families—reviewed compliance and performance expectations, enjoyed a meal together and wrapped up with a team cleanup.

This group represents about 40% of our MTTM family. The rest of our team was out doing what they do best: safely serving our customers across Middle Tennessee.

We’re proud of the culture we’re building—one rooted in safety, accountability, teamwork and genuinely caring for our people.

🦺 Traffic management isn’t always about construction. Sometimes… it’s about protecting a 2,000+ lb celebrity seal. 🦭😂

Whether you need traffic management for a construction project, a major event, an emergency situation — or simply need to protect your favorite local wildlife from traffic and an army of curious spectators — Middle Tennessee Traffic Management has you covered.

Apparently, when Neil the Seal 🦭 came ashore in Tasmania, officials had to implement daily traffic diversions, crowd control and safety measures to keep Neil AND the public safe.

We haven’t gotten the call to manage traffic for a celebrity elephant seal yet…

But we’re ready. 😂🦺🦭
